Sheet Metal Fabrication

Seamless project completion from design to delivery. We do Fabrication to the customer’s needs and deliver the end product to their door. This starts from designing the product, cutting it, bending it, welding it, assembling it and then off to metal finishing, whether it is Powder Coating or Electroplating.

Electroplating

Bending

Capacity 125 ton up to 3.2m long Precision bending to your exact specifications. We can bend sheet metal up to 6mm thickness over 3200mm long. We also make special tooling on request for if we have to bend special shaped parts.

Water Jet Cutting

4100 Bar (Bed size 3000mm x 2000mm) Provides an alternative, more cost effective and precise cutting method , which uses water and abrasives to ensure the material's core properties are not affected. Cut up to: 50mm Stainless steel, Mild, Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass
